We went out into the Valley of the Goblins late into the night, getting ourselves close to lost in amongst the formations. Lucky for us Sixto could find the way back.

The day before we were in the 100-degree heat of the desert, running from wildfires and pirate camping off an unpaved rancher road. Now we were at a snowmelt lake.
